Tickets can be purchased through our official website, selected online ticket platforms, or directly at the ticket counter on the day of your visit.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), e-wallets, and QR payments. For online purchases, please review the Terms & Conditions before proceeding.
We are open 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily (except Tuesdays).
During public holidays and school holidays, we are open 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, including Tuesdays.
Yes, group discounts are available for 30 pax and above and must be purchased directly at the counter (walk-in). Travel agencies, corporate groups, and schools may email [email protected] for bookings.
Yes. The farm is family-friendly and designed for visitors of all ages, including children, toddlers, and senior citizens.
40% vouchers/Fair tickets can be redeemed by presenting them physically at the ticketing counter. Vouchers are usually stamped with an expiry date and are valid only during that period.
Tickets are non-refundable, including in cases of inclement weather, natural disasters, force majeure, or unused online tickets.
Yes, special rates of RM28 are available for disabled guests. Please present a valid OKU card at the ticket counter.
Yes, annual memberships are available. You may directly purchase them at our HQ, Farm In The City. For more details, please contact us or visit our website.
ACTIVITIES
We offer a variety of activities for all ages, including:
- Petting Zoo – home to over 100 species of local and exotic animals, where visitors can interact with and feed selected animals. Many animals also roam freely around specific sections of the farm, while others are housed in designated enclosures for their safety and well-being.
- Organic Farm – featuring over 80 types of fruits and vegetables
- ATV Riding – with three different tracks for varying experience levels
- Monkey Spring – a man-made pool for water activities
- Batik Painting – a creative hands-on cultural activity suitable for all ages
Animal feeding is available for purchase at the farm. Feeding buckets are RM10 each, and fish feeding boxes are RM2 each. We also offer an Elite Zoo Pass (RM15 top-up on your entrance ticket), available for walk-in purchase only, which includes 1 homemade ice cream, 1 feeding bucket, and 1 fish feeding box.
Yes, we have scheduled activities as below:
- Animal Appearances: Weekends & school/public holidays, 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM at the lobby
- Feeding Sessions (daily):
• Pelican – 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM
• Meerkat – 11:15 AM
• Wallaby – 2:30 PM
Yes, fruit picking activities are available, but they are seasonal. Please check our highlights for the latest updates.
We offer three types of ATV rides:
- Fun Ride – perfect for beginners and casual riders
- Pillion Ride – ride along with a companion on the Fun Ride route
- Adventure Ride – a more thrilling off-road experience outside the farm.
Visitors aged 16 and above may ride the ATV. Children aged 3–15 can join as pillion riders.

Monkey Spring is a man-made pool at the farm where visitors can enjoy water activities. It’s suitable for all ages, with two pools designed for children and three for adults, ranging from 3 to 5 feet in depth.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and staff are present on-site throughout the activity. There’s also a slide that’s a favourite among visitors, especially kids.
A visit usually takes about 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on how long visitors spend at each station, as the farm covers 27 acres with a 3.3 km walking route.

Yes, we have a prayer room for Muslim visitors, conveniently located near the ticketing counter.
Yes, the farm is wheelchair- and stroller-accessible, and wheelchairs are available upon request, subject to availability.
As the farm is located in a natural outdoor setting, some areas may include slight slopes and uneven walkways.
Yes, OKU-accessible toilets are located at the lobby.
Yes, baby diaper changing facilities are provided inside the women’s toilet.
Parking for visitors is free, with spacious car and bus spaces available.
Yes, changing facilities with toilets and showers are provided in the Monkey Spring area.
Yes, visitors are welcome to bring their own umbrellas. As the farm is mostly outdoors, we encourage bringing one in case of rain or strong sun.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available, though limited. Visitors can request passwords from our Guest Service team in urgent cases.
Yes, a private event hall is available for up to 200 guests, featuring natural airflow and a spacious layout.
Our farm follows a walk-in concept, allowing visitors to explore each station and interact with the animals.

Yes! Licensed tour guides can receive special rates for bookings. To book, contact us at 010-2833655 or [email protected] and send a copy of your blue badge via WhatsApp. For walk-in visits, simply present your blue badge at our ticketing counter, and our staff will provide Form A.
Yes, our educational tour packages include an educator who will guide and provide information throughout the tour.
POLICIES & RESTRICTIONS
No, smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the farm.
No, outside food is not allowed for feeding. Animal feeding buckets are available for purchase inside the farm.
No, lockers are not provided. Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings at all times, but you may contact us if you need to check or recover any items left behind.
Yes. Visitors can feed and interact with selected animals under the guidance of our animal rangers.
To ensure the animals’ welfare and comfort, please follow our rangers’ instructions at all times. Do not provoke, chase, or hit the animals, and only use approved feed provided or permitted by the farm.
Drone use is not permitted near animal enclosures. For shooting purposes, kindly email us for approval.
We recommend wearing casual and comfortable clothing, along with closed-toe shoes suitable for walking. As the farm is mostly outdoors, hats and sun protection are also encouraged.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
The Bentong Farm is approximately 1 hour from Kuala Lumpur and about 8 minutes from Bentong town, depending on traffic.
The farm is home to over 100 species of animals, including a mix of friendly farm animals and smaller exotic species such as reptiles.
Around 80% of the animals can be interacted with, while others are kept in designated enclosures for safety and proper care. As a Petting Zoo, we do not house large or dangerous animals such as lions, tigers, or elephants.
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted in the farm, except for baby food and drinks.
Re-entry is not permitted. Your ticket allows one-time entry, but visitors can remain in the farm until closing time.
Yes, we have a café offering a variety of food and beverages, including finger foods, soft drinks, and light meals such as chee cheong fun and spaghetti.
Yes, there are several nearby options such as Peak Eco Farm Homestay, Bentong Happy Farm, and Hillcrest Dawn. You can also find more hotels in Bentong town.
Some stations are sheltered, but most areas are open. Visitors may wait at the sheltered areas during rain.
Basic first aid kits are available on-site. If you require assistance, please approach any of our staff or Guest Service team members, and they will be able to help.
Pets are not allowed on-site.
We recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent, as parts of the farm are outdoors.
